About Taoshan Skin
Taoshan skin originates from Taoshan, Japan (yes, it was airflown to Malaysia!) and is made from white bean, egg yolk, carotene, butter and other ingredients. Its taste is exquisite, and the Taoshan skin completely transforms the more traditional mooncake skin made of wheat flour. Colourful (yet free of artificial colouring) with a smooth texture and leaving behind a trail of pleasant aftertaste, it also gives our mooncakes a light milky fragrance. The encapsulating charm of Taoshan skin is sure to whet your discerning taste buds!

桃山皮起源于日本桃山,采用白芸豆沙,配以蛋黄、胡萝卜素、奶油等材料调配而成,口感以细腻而闻名,将桃山饼皮运用到月饼上,改变了一直以小麦粉做月饼饼皮的传统,外形色彩多样却不含人造色素,口感不腻,有淡淡的奶香。四种口味让你一尝桃山皮的魅力。
