Our proud take on the perennial favourite chocolate dessert - just better (we think)! Definitely for the hardcore chocolate lover, the hearty base is made up of crushed crispy wafer biscuits held together by a dark chocolate and hazelnut paste. On top of the crunch, is a smooth luscious layer of dark chocolate ganache. Another crunch layer of hazelnut dacquoise separates the dark chocolate ganache from the final crown of dark chocolate mousse. Only Valrhona’s Guanaja 70% Dark chocolate is used throughout to ensure a maximum cocoa punch in every bite - a bittersweet galore!
