DELIVERY (RM1/km)

Cake delivery service is provided and charged at RM1/km, based on the fastest driving route between our kitchen to your delivery address. Click for estimated delivery fee. 

Delivery rate for outstation and remote area is RM1.50/km. Applied for delivery address more than 60km from our kitchen.

1. As a safeguard during this period, our driver will continue to practise contactless delivery and social distancing.
2. If you are located in high-rise residential buildings, office blocks, or shopping malls, kindly meet our driver at the main entrance /lobby /guard house for collection. Our driver do not park and send to door step for high rise building.
3. Our driver will drive through the guard house and drop off at your doorstep for landed house, ground floor shop/office/restaurant. But if your area does not allow door-to-door delivery, please communicate with us where to leave the orders (eg: Guardhouse).
4. Signing on delivery note is not required during this period, but our driver will get recipient's permission to take photo as a proof of delivery.

PICK UP

Pick-up option is free of charge. You may also send your runner from grab or lalamove to pick up from us.

1. Please be reminded to bring an ice box and ice pack to keep the cake chilled, especially mousse cakes which are extremely sensitive to temperature. Tips💡 A few frozen mineral water bottles may do the trick.
2. Collection Hour: 8am to 5pm.

4. Don't panic if you don't see our shop name, we operate as a kitchen and we are purely online based, thus we always keep our roller shutter closed. Just call us and we will come right out.
5. Remember to wear your mask and practise social distancing.
6. Please call before arriving, sometimes our hands are occupied with sticky cake batter.
