Mango Wreath Tart
Important note 1: Physalis and kamquat are not available now. We will replace with other fruits which are available. Of course, mango is mandatory and it’s available!
Important note 2: Mangoes oxidise just like apples. Once they have been cut, oxygen in the air interacts with the fruit and causes their colour to change. It isn't bad for you, but it looks unappetising. We suggest that you eat it as soon as you receive it.
A fruit tart with nutty almond Frangipane filling, decorated with fresh fruits to resemble a flower wreath. Made freshly on the day it’s delivered, this tart can be eaten cold for afternoon tea or warm as a dessert. It is also a perfect birthday "cake" for people who like something out of an ordinary cake.
Frangipane: Also know as frangipani in Italian and crème frangipane in French, is as rich and velvety as it sounds. It is an almond pastry cream that is used as a filling in tarts, cakes and assorted pastries. It is comprised of creamed butter and sugar, with eggs and finely ground almonds added in.

The tart is so so beautiful, and the taste is also perfectly balanced. I’m very surprise when I cut it, because it’s not just a tart it’s also a cake. Never had such tasty tart in my life. The cream is yuumy, has got vanilla bean in it! Didn’t expect to eat such good cake despite MCO. One more to mention, the real product is just as pretty as the photo!
Ordered it for mum's birthday. It's not just an eye candy but pleasantly sweet with interesting flavours. Mum does not have a sweetooth and she loves it.
